Just a little note to say thank you so much for the repointing work

you have done for us. We are really pleased with the result. It's

amazing what a difference it has made to the appearance of the house.

We also wanted to thank you for your promptness and reliability. We

have had quite a bit of work done recently from different trades men

on our house and your customer service has been of the highest

standard. It was very refreshing to work with someone who responds so

promptly to emails and turned up on time when they said they would.
